Car Spa is looking for a dynamic individual with a proven history of achievement for the Operations Improvement Specialist position. This person will assist the VP of Operations in meeting financial goals by taking on roles that include Acting GM, Training Manager, Recruiter, Turnaround Specialist and other roles as necessary. Candidate will be a problem solver with a proven track record of hitting financial goals. Position is based in Dallas and requires up to 80% travel throughout all of our markets. Work schedule requires this person to work weekends and a minimum of 50 hours per week. Excellent compensation includes a base salary of $60K plus bonus. Potential annual compensation up to 100K.

Qualifications:

5 years management experience in Car Wash Industry or equivalent. Knowledge of DRB and Site watch systems as well as some equipment installation and maintenance experience is a plus. Must be self-driven, flexible and have good mechanical aptitude.
