More creditors suing Danny’s carwash owner

PHOENIX — Creditors, claiming a total debt of more than $50 million, against Danny Hendron of Danny’s Family Car Washes and various other businesses, have filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

CHARLESTON, WV — Apparently someone stole a gas heater from the carwash, ripping it off from the wall and causing the explosion which injured a man who was in the middle of washing his car.
